Who We Are
Formed in April 1996, South Bay Bonding specializes in contract and commercial bonding. We operate in the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, and Florida, but are solely located in Cupertino, California in the heart of the Silicon Valley. We are members of the Surety Association of Northern California.
We pride ourselves in being knowledgeable and skilled brokers in the surety bond industry. We strive to achieve long term clients and maintain strong relationships with them throughout the life of their companies. Our average client has been with us for nine years, with some exceeding over 20 years.

Nip S. Pham
President & Founder
Nip Pham has had over 35 years of surety experience. He previously held positions as Bond Underwriter and Bond Manager for 10 years before starting his own business. For the past 16 years he has been on the broker side, advising and assisting construction clients in their bonding needs.
Susan E. Barrett
Vice President
Susan Barrett has been with South Bay Bonding Insurance Services, Inc. since 1998. Prior to that, she held positions on the broker side as well as the underwriting business.
An M. Pham
Vice President
An Pham joined South Bay Bonding in 2017, training under the best in the brokerage business. She presently provides full service to all of South Bay Bonding's clients.
